Nisser & Sacis is an exciting Ensemble that merges the rich traditions of Brazilian music with the vibrant sounds of Norwegian folk. A collaboration between three accomplished Brazilian percussionists and two exceptional Norwegian musicians as they bring together a unique blend of styles. The audience can expect a captivating and playful performance filled with humour, improvisation, and diverse rhythms that venture beyond the well-known Samba and Bossa Nova beats.

 

The repertoire is filled with traditional songs from Brazil, rearranged for three percussionists, vocals, violin and double bass, inspired by Norwegian folk music, Jazz and World Music. A musical journey that celebrates the fusion of cultures and promises an unforgettable, joyous experience.
